Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Motion-Industries MOO2772 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nord products, including obsoleted and phased-out Myat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Nord product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nord such as the SK52VL180TC2184TC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 301021 manufactured by Myat and we are pleased to be able to service most Myat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SK90161AZBDN140TC by Manufacturer Nord as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nexen Brand 830811 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Nadella such as ARNBT3080 equipment made by Nadella have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Nadella products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Nadella" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 473N140TC made by Nord as well as the popular 10104305 original spares produced by North-American-Marine

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the R32D10PG74106 by Nuttall and ARNBT3080 spares by Nadella are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PLF140HP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Neugardt.
